Darleen Patricia Bidlake passed away unexpectedly in the loving arms of her husband at home in Fernley Nevada on April 26, 2018. She was 49 years old. Darleen was born in Honolulu Hawaii. She graduated from Castle High School on the island of Oahu. After graduation, Darleen moved to California to continue her education at American River College in Sacramento. A 16-year resident of Fernley Nevada, she was employed by Washoe County as an Accounting Clerk.
Darleen is survived by her husband of 26 years, Robert Bidlake, adopted daughter Tiffany Carter, father, George Arroyo, brother, Charles Arroyo and sister, Debbie Pixley. She also leaves behind two grandchildren, three nieces and one nephew. Darleen was preceded in death by her mother, Gladys Tom (Arroyo).
Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing on Friday, May 11th at Walton’s Sierra Chapel: 875 W. Second Street, Reno, Nevada 89503 at 11:00 am followed by a Service at 12:00 pm. Aloha attire is welcomed and encouraged.
