Growing up on my family's ranch in Lovelock, NV, visits from relatives from Reno was special. Visits from Pat were always fun filled. He was like an older, cooler brother. He had so many stories about his adventures with the Nevada Air National Guard. He had so many interesting stories about the "birds" he kept in the air and the unique places where he deployed. In addition Pat could fix anything and on the ranch everything needed his expertise. As a young kid trying to tag along I'm sure my presence was often annoying, but he always made me feel good about myself. Pat and Janel were always so considerate and loving to my parents. Auntie Vel always had a special place in his heart. Pat we will miss you and love you very much. Our thoughts, prayers, and hugs go out to Janel and the entire Fontana family. R.I.P.
