Obituary for Daniel Brady Lloyd

OBITUARY: Daniel Brady Lloyd

Daniel Brady Lloyd, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley to Jack and Dolores Lloyd along with his brother, Steve (Luann). Married to Judy Lloyd and father to Tony (Marcela), Bobby (Lisa) and Cheryl Follett. Grandchildren and great grandchildren, aunts and his many cousins.
Moved to Lake Tahoe in 1990, where he went to work for Sierra Tahoe Ready Mix while the Embassy Suites was being built. Danny and Judy moved to Gardnerville in 1991 where he ran his own concrete pump, drove for Capitol Ready Mix, Bing Materials and Sierra Tahoe Transport.
Danny was known for his baseball hat collection. Some people, when first meeting him would say “Oh, you’re the guy with all the hats hung in the garage”. He was very proud to have the hats that formerly hung on the ceiling of the Woodford Store. Thanks, Dave!
When the garage door was open, all his friends knew it was time for a visit and BS session. Danny’s other enjoyments were golf, fishing and NASCAR.
May you rest in peace, sending along a hat for you!
In keeping with Danny’s wishes there will be no service.
Donations may be made in Danny’s honor to “DAWG” at P.O. Box 1850, Gardnerville, NV 89410.
