Edward J. Noel, 91, passed away October 14, 2013 in Reno. He was born in Trafford, Pennsylvania on November 7, 1921. He moved to Reno 18 years ago. He was a member of Little Flower Catholic Church. He retired from the Westinghouse Electric after 43 years as a welder. He served in the US Navy in WWII.
Edward was preceded in death by his wife, Martha and son, Edward.
Survivors include his 2 daughters, Mary (Kyle) Kennedy of Reno and Colleen (Robert) Bergman of Tuscon, Arizona, a daughter-in-law, Bernice Noel of Munhall, Pennsylvania and sister-in-law, Patricia Bracken, her children and grandchildren in Milipitas, CA., 5 grand children, 6 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
A Visitation will be Friday, Oct. 18, 2013 from 9:00am to 12:00pm at Ross, Burke and Knobel Mortuary at 2155 Kietzke Lane followed by the celebration of the Funeral Mass at 1:30pm in the Little Flower Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Cemetery.
