Condolences

Condolence From: Mark Blankenship
Condolence: Dear Tammy and Family;
Rhondelle and I were so saddened to hear of Ed's passing. Like countless others we were blessed to have known him. We will always be grateful to him - and you - for the opportunities given to us. His kindness, generosity and wisdom touched and influenced so many people, including us and Victoria. And through that, he will always live on in our lives and memories. May God continue to bless you and your family.

Condolence: Dear Paula,Ed,Tammy,Tim and family

We loved Big Ed and have the sweetest memories of your parents.Their legacy is the love they have given[to so many]and you all carry with you while continuing to it pass on. Your family is in our prayers, may you see your Dad in each other. (I love it when our next generation does anything that reminds me of my Dad). I wish you all that same bitter-sweet kind of JOY. Big Love from our family to yours. Gerhardt-Carroll Family

Condolence From: Dab
Condolence: I read about your loss and wanted to extend my condolences. Dads are truly amazing and the beautiful sentiments expressed, I know he will be terribly missed. Hearts are left feeling heavy, but please know others care and God is near the brokenhearted, Psalm 34:18. In the days to come you will carry your loving memories and smile as you reflect on them. I hope that beautiful thoughts of your dear Poppy bring you peace. May you take comfort in Christs heartwarming promise, John 5:28,29

Condolence From: Fr. Jim and Bunny Jeffery
Condolence: Bunny and I read of Ed's death in this morning's paper as well as praying for him at Carmel Monastery earlier today. Ed was among those who greeted us when we arrived in Reno in February, 1973. We worked together at many funerals over the years and even chatted about our joint association with one of his colleagues back in Akron, Ohio when where we had come. We exchanged Christmas cards throughout the years, a way in which to stay in touch. He was one of the special people included in our book of memories. May he rest in God's presence.

Condolence: It was truly a privilege to have worked for and known Ed. He was very unassuming yet larger than life. He was a wonderful man and will be deeply missed.

Condolence From: Blake Howe
Condolence: Dear Tammy, Paul, Ed, Tim & the entire McCaffery family,
I have no adequate words to tell you how sorry I am for the passing of Big Ed. I am so fortunate to have crossed paths with your mom and dad and the McCaffery family, and am grateful for the opportunities you have provided. I will miss my morning chats in his office, and his always-optimistic outlook on life, followed by "Thanks for the day!". I am certain Agnes was waiting for him with open arms.
Rest in Peace Ed!
Love, Blake
