Annie VanHooser passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017 in Reno, NV from complications related to cancer. Born Anna Pearl Jennings to Lecil & Bessie Jennings in Sturgeon, Missouri. She spent her early years in Missouri, graduating from High School and spending her working years in the medical and data processing field. She leaves behind her 3 sons: Charles Scott Berry, Chet Allen Berry, and Christian Lee Berry and their families and the love of her life, Darrel Reid and family. She retired from Henry Schein Inc. in 2010 and moved to Florida for 3 years, but Reno was calling Annie & Darrel back where they resided for the last 4 years. Annie has touched many lives with her cheerful smile and sense of humor. She was generous, forgiving and critical of nothing. Her passion was family, friends, and (her kitchen). She loved to cook for everyone. She will be sorely missed. We love you Annie, Mother, and love of life.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Oct. 28th from 11AM - 2PM at the West 2nd Events Center: 600 W. Second St. Reno, NV.
