Evelyn lost her battle with cancer at 10:23 am on February 27, 2017. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Richard Harding, her son Captain Richard Harding of Reno, NV, her grandson, Julian James (JJ), her granddaughter, Eve Louise Harding, her sisters, Heidi Long of Grants Pass, OR, and Darlene Adams of Sevierville, TN, her aunt Myriam Nau, also of Sevierville, TN, nephews Joshua Villanueva and Trevor Long, nieces Angela Yacovone and Anna Yacovone, and her mother Mona Nolcken of Janesville, CA.
Evelyn was born Evelyn June Nolcken on May 9, 1961 to Eugene and Mona (Kneedler) Nolcken.
