Obituary for Master Sergeant Larry Lynn Thomsen

Master Sergeant Larry Lynn Thomsen USMC (Ret) - December 15, 1948 - September 28, 2016. Larry joined the Marine Corps in 1968, served in Vietnam and retired with full honor's in 1989.
He is survived by his wife, Susan of 48 years, his daughter, Shannon, and his sons; Paul and Jason, his 7 grandchildren, his brothers, Gene and Steve, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A military service will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016, promptly at 1:00 p.m. at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery located in Fernley.
A memorial service will take place on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints located at 4850 Edmonton Drive, Reno.
